For a rustic, luxury experience for up to 4 people, this fully private adjacent dwelling just above the main house can be rented separately or provide additional accommodation for larger groups or retreats.

Styled on an American midwestern barn, the Boat House has been repurposed into a luxury open plan living space with a loft bedroom and a quirky shepherd’s hut as the second bedroom. Cathedral ceilings with skylights and a north-facing deck with a stunning view makes the Boat House a sunny, happy space, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

In the summer months, you will spend most of your time sitting on the deck watching the clouds reflect over the water of the estuary. Winter is just as perfect with a freestanding wood burner fireplace and comfy sofa. Pick up some gourmet food and a stunning local wine, light some candles, and have a wonderful meal seated around the repurposed vintage industrial dining table.

The Boat House has its own fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine, a modern bathroom and laundry facilities plus BBQ and outdoor sofas and umbrella.
